Brian H. Zoubek

President / CEO

Brian Zoubek is the President/CEO and founder of Zoubek Properties. Since founding the firm in 2015, Brian has developed over 250 units totaling more than $100 million in project value across Philadelphia and Atlantic City. He oversees all acquisitions, development, construction, and portfolio management.

Before launching Zoubek Properties, Brian worked at Cushman & Wakefield under Bruce Mosler, Chairman of Global Brokerage. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU's Schack Institute of Real Estate and has been investing in real estate since 2011.

Brian is a graduate of Duke University, where he was the starting center on the 2010 Men's Basketball National Championship team.

Thomas Armento

Controller

Tom Armento brings over 30 years of financial and accounting experience in real estate, construction, and private equity. He began his career in public accounting with a concentration in real estate and tax credit analysis. Tom oversees all financial reporting and accounting for Zoubek Properties.

Ashley B. Rivera

Operations Coordinator

Ashley Rivera supports the Zoubek Properties platform across marketing, leasing, and administrative operations. Born and raised in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, she has seen firsthand the growth and transformation of the city's emerging neighborhoods. Ashley holds a Pennsylvania Real Estate license.

Dave Bopp

Project Manager

Dave Bopp manages day-to-day construction and property management operations for Zoubek Properties. He brings hands-on experience in real estate investing and construction to support the firm's growing development pipeline.
