808-18 N 3rd Street was home to Mifflin Public School, the first public school in Philadelphia. This building is a staple in the area therefore we honor its history by maintaining its character, tall ceilings, and beautiful brick facade in our remodel and new build. For this project, we are renovating the interior of the existing structure and adding a second building that mirrors the size and impact of the first. We have also added a green roof on the new structure.  With a combination of 29 residential units and lofts, we aim to promote a sense of community within our build.
