1415 Locust is an 18,000 square foot building constructed during the pre-Civil War era. Its 5-stories are defined by stone and brick designed in an Italian Renaissance Revival Style, notably influenced by leading architects of the times. Our project scope includes restoring the original facade and renovating the interior to house 16 residential units in addition to the existing two commercial units.
