1415 Locust is an 18,000 square foot building constructed during the pre-Civil War era. Its 5-stories are defined by stone and brick designed in an Italian Renaissance Revival Style, notably influenced by leading architects of the times. Our completed redevelopment included restoring the original façade, adding an elevator, and fully renovating the interior to deliver 16 residential units, in addition to the building’s two existing commercial spaces.
