In 2022, we acquired 130 N 3rd Street. This corner property housed a restaurant and small parking lot, with great potential and unused space.  We have begun the building's conversion into a 5 unit condo building plus commercial unit, with private garages in the rear, a private roof deck for the top unit, and over 60 windows.
